Communications Consent

Callie's Car Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, which may include interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and related automotive services.

All services are provided at the customer’s location, subject to accessibility, weather conditions, water/electrical availability (if required), and vehicle condition. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or materially different from what was disclosed at booking.

Appointments, Access, and Cancellations

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals, inaccessible vehicles, excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or undisclosed conditions may result in additional charges or service refusal at our discretion.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are disclosed at booking. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of deposits or full service charges.

Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due as specified at booking or upon service completion. We reserve the right to require deposits for certain services.

Unpaid balances may result in service refusal, account suspension, or collection actions as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, branding, text, images, videos, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of

Callie's Car Detailing or its licensors and is protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, or other content to us through the Site, SMS, email, or social platforms, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to share it.

You grant Callie's Car Detailing a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for marketing, advertising, training, and business purposes.
